The House of Representatives yesterday resolved to investigate all road projects executed by the Federal Government across the country from 2007 to date. The decision followed the adoption of a motion by Dachung Musa Bagus.
Bagus alleged that despite billions of naira spent on the road projects over the years, deplorable conditions of roads killed more Nigerians than the Boko Haram insurgency.
The House mandated its Committee on Federal Roads Maintenance Agency to investigate all roads constructed by the Federal Government since 2007 till date and report to the House within few weeks for further legislative action.
