The Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers(NIESV) is set to hold its 49th Annual Conference and General Meeting at the Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, from March 19th to 23rd 2019 in Lagos.

Tagged (Eko Akete), the five -day programme with the theme: A CITY THAT WORKS, will focus on the Eko Atlantic City, which is the largest Smart City in Africa under construction, with World Class investments and business opportunities for all sectors of the economy.
Speaking to Housing News, President Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) ESV Rowland Enyinna Abonta, said the conference will be deliberating on Infrastructure Development,City Management, Real Estate Data Management, Proptech Development, Health Care & Social Services Delivery, and Housing & Urban Regeneration.
While calling on participants to attend the conference he said ‘’We all look forward to the Lagos National Conference with nostalgia and great expectation of meeting almost every active Estate Surveyor and Valuer in one venue’’.
‘’This year’s conference is coming with special attractions and reforms which no Surveyor or participating public will like to miss’’
The conference features pre-conference workshop, and round-table discussions, focusing on topical issues especially as they impact on Land, Real Estate and implications on the national economy.
