A new Managing Director has been appointed into the Nigeria Police Force Property Development and Construction Company Limited.
The new Managing Director who doubles as the Chief Executive Officer is Olukemi Olomola-Sijuwade, mni.
Prior to her appointment, she has over 20 years’ experience in Real Estate cutting across both the local and foreign environment, which has helped to broaden her horizon and also exposed her to different cultural, religious and ethnic backgrounds.
Here are what we know about her:
She holds a Diploma in Estate Management and later obtained the Bachelor of Law degree (LL.B) from the University of Wolverhampton, UK; and Barrister-at-Law (BL) from Nigerian Law School.
She also holds a post-graduate degree of Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the prestigious Lagos Business School and a Professional Certificate in Managerial Decisions across Cultures from IESE Business School, Spain in 2017 among others.
She attended the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru, Jos in 2018 and now a Member, National Institute (mni).
Olukemi attended several management development programmes and training courses, both locally and overseas, including but not limited to: Leadership & Strategic Management, Advanced Corporate Legal Advisers and Chartered Company Secretaries, Women in Management, Corporate Governance, The High-Performance Manager, Effective Procurement Skills, and Human Resource Management.
She belongs to several prominent professional bodies and associations, notable amongst which are: Nigerian Bar Association (NBA); International Bar Association (IBA); The Commonwealth Lawyers Association (CLA); The Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA); National Association of Paralegals (NALP), UK; Real Estate Lawyers Association of Nigeria (RELAN); Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSA).
She has over 20 years post-qualification experience in Real Estate cutting across both the local and foreign environment, which has helped to broaden her horizon and also exposed her to different cultural, religious and ethnic backgrounds.
She is also the Principal partner of KOS Legal Services, engaged in the provision of general legal and consulting services especially in Construction Law; offering company secretarial services to corporate bodies; and providing specialist support and advisory services towards growing the small and medium scale enterprises in Nigeria.
Olukemi is the Deputy Monitor-General for Senior Executive Course 40, 2018. She is happily married and blessed with two children. Her hobbies include lawn tennis, travelling and volunteerism.
