Hassan Usman, the Head of Nigeria’s Jaiz Bank, said yesterday in Abuja, while heading a delegation to LEADERSHIP GROUP, proprietors of Leadership Newspapers, that the bank had financed over 3000 housing units for its customers over the last decade.
He also stated that the bank, which began operations with three locations in 2012, has grown to 45.
According to Usman, Jaiz Bank, a non-interest banking institution, has seen its balance sheet expand from N12 billion to over N300 billion as of December 2021.
“Working with partners in the last 10 years, we have produced over 3000 houses across Nigeria, especially in the federal capital territory, he said.
“The housing projects were achieved working with different development companies. When it comes to mortgage, the number one bank to go to is Jaiz Bank, especially in Abuja”, Usman added.
He went on to say that the visit to LEADERSHIP was to thank the company’s management and staff for their help and cooperation in advancing the bank’s interests.
“We wouldn’t have made all these strides except by (for) the support of institutions like LEADERSHIP who have been protecting the brand and ensuring that we get positive news reportage. We thank you and hope that we build on this relationship going forward”, Usman stated.
