This year`s AIHS conference and exhibition with the theme ‘’Driving Sustainable Housing Finance Models in the Midst of Global Uncertainty’’will take place from 21st to 25th July 2020 at the International Conference Centre, Abuja, Nigeria.
Over 30 speakers from 15 countries will be speaking at this year’s event. The speakers who are drawn from reputable institutions like mortgage banks, real estate companies, housing regulatory agencies, construction companies, housing finance firms etcetera from various countries including USA, UK, South Africa, Kenya, Morocco, India, China, UAE, Ghana, Rwanda among others will speak on this year’s theme ‘’Driving Sustainable Housing Finance Models in the Midst of Global Uncertainty.’’
The previous edition ended on a good note because over 21 countries participating annually have indicated interest in establishing business and companies in Nigeria.

The 14th IHSABUJA is powered by International Housing and Construction Show ltd with the support of Shelter Afrique, Family Homes Funds, FMBN ,NMRC will hold at International Conference Centre Abuja from 21th to 25th July,2020.
The organizers of the event said that the 14th edition is an improvement on the previous ones as the event will focus extensively on the roles and opportunities for all players in the housing market, including Investors, Developers, Local Authorities, Housing Associations etcetera, whilst networking with the leading professionals in Housing from across the world. Currently, the sector is evolving rapidly and lots of opportunities are emerging as a result.
The Conference allows all stakeholders to understand how the Public and Housing Association Sectors can work together to deliver Housing and how Private and Public Investment is a growing opportunity area.
AIHS is an ever sold out show that gives international participants the chance to be fully updated on what is going on, accumulate some experience and network with the leading figures in the industry.
Foreign Ministers of Works and Housing like Samuel Atta Akyea from Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda, South Africa and many more have confirmed their participation for this year’s event. Also invited for this year`s event are international diplomats and high commissioners representing governments and international organisations. The importance of this year’s event cannot be overemphasized as over 40, 000 participants and 400 exhibitors are billed to grace the show.
