Seven Brothers & Co Ltd, a leading general building construction company in East Africa, is pressing on well with the Loft Residences at the Two Rivers Development in Kenya.
The company is tasked to deliver the housing project by October next year.

The Centum Real Estate MD says“this is a high-end product with each unit offering 3,014 square feet of urban elegance. At the heart of the architectural design is a large terrace that opens up to large and expansive private gardens – a first in Kenya for condominium styled living.”
The development also features a multifunctional clubhouse, a heated infinity pool, and several jogging tracks within the Two Rivers development.
As of October last year, almost half of the units at the Loft Residences had been sold off-plan, a strong indication of the demand for this unique product.
The Two Rivers Residential District sits on a 30 acres piece of land within the larger Two Rivers Development.
It will comprise nine unique residential courts three of which are currently under construction. This includes the aforementioned Loft Residences and the Riverbank Apartments and Cascadia Apartments.
