The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Malam Muhammad Musa Bello,
CON, has approved the confirmation of Four (4) Acting Directors of the Federal
Capital Development Authority (FCDA), as substantive Directors.
Those confirmed include Arc. Olugbadebo Adebowale Ademo (Public
Building); Engr. Ferdinand Obiora Ezeoha (Engineering Services); Engr.
Abdulkadir Bello Tunau (Engineering Design & Evaluation) and Arc. Celestine
Sunday Eze (Special Duties in the Office of the Executive Secretary).
Similarly, the Honourable Minister has also approved the appointment of Five
(5) new Directors. The appointees are Qs. Rasheed Salimonu (Procurement);
Aminu Gaya Aliyu (Human Resources Management), Gaya was the Former
Director, Finance & Administration, now redeployed to Head the new
Department of Human Resources Management as Director; Hajiya Hauwa
Asabe Mohammed (Finance & Accounts). She was the former Acting Director,
Internal Audit, now redeployed to Head the new Department of Finance &
Accounts as a substantive Director. Others are Tpl. Yahaya Abubakar (Urban &
Regional Planning), former Secretary, FCT Regional Planning Tribunal, now
appointed as a substantive Director; Engr. Jatto Abdulkareem (Department of
Engineering Infrastructure Rehabilitation), former Deputy Director, Electrical,
in the Department of Engineering Services but now appointed Acting Director.
Maryam Ada Ameh is to oversee the Internal Audit of the Authority.
All the appointments take immediate effect.
