Organisers of the largest housing event in Africa ,Abuja international housing show has endorsed STOW –save- to –own- home plan (STOW) introduced by Octo5 Holdings ltd , saying it is one of the best ways to help Nigerians who cannot get bulk money at once to own a home.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AIHS, Festus Adebayo gave this recommendation at the just concluded Abuja International Show(AIHS).
Adebayo said that a prospective home owner can pay as low as 10-20 thousand naira monthly to become a home owner.
He said, “It is so easy and flexible as if one is paying into a cooperative, the day of 20,000, the day of 10 thousand, and at a particular time, you chose the type of house that you want and get your allocation and key to the house.
The AIHS boss further called on other real estate developers in Nigeria to showcase there credible housing projects in the STOW platform which is available on Google apps .He said,with estate developers coming together through a platform like STOW we can achieve a lot in solving housing needs of our people in Nigeria and in diaspora.
The 15th AIHS held from 26th -29th July, 2021 was well attended with over 8,000 thousand participants from various parts of the country and world over.
