The biggest housing show in Africa, the African International Housing Show (AIHS), has announced its dates for this year’s event. The Housing Show has stood for more than 15 years as a pacesetter and trailblazer in the housing sector in Africa.
The event brings together housing experts, developers, investors, and the general public on a platform for connections, networking, and sales.
This year’s event will be held at Transcorp Hilton Hotels in Abuja. The Convener of AIHS, Barr. Festus Adebayo, explained that this year promises to be bigger and better as more partners will be coming. He assured that the safety of all participants is guaranteed.
“This year, we have considered the safety and security of our participants and have made plans to ensure that we host our events in a secured environment that allows for interaction and networking without any fear. Our guests can lodge at the hotel and walk down to the conference hall for the sessions. We invite everyone to be part of AIHS 2025.”
Folorunsho Adegoke, the Media and Communications Lead for AIHS 2025, added that the event serves as a pathway to securing the right policies and tools for solving housing problems.
“Housing is a great problem for many around the world. Homeless shelters are increasing daily. We aim to solve this problem by advocating for and offering innovative solutions to housing challenges.”
After more than 18 years of advocating, investing, and creating massive investments in the housing sector, Festus Adebayo explained that there is still more work to be done.
“The younger generation needs to know that housing is their right. We have to provide them with the right tools to succeed and make meaning out of life. We are passionate about affordable and accessible housing. That is what we’ve been doing, and we won’t stop until every Nigerian has a house.”
AIHS 2025 will take place from the 26th of July 2025 to the 31st of July 2025.
