Housing is often viewed as a barometer for measurement of the state of any economy, and this is certainly the case at the moment in Nigeria. In recent years, policy makers and political leaders at the local and national level have started to make stronger links between housing and economic development at the local level. Therefore the young people’s vast potentials needed to be tapped in, to promote the spirit of service and patriotism in youths, provide profitable engagement against idleness.
