The Managing Director of Cooperative Mortgage Bank, Mr Kabir Ayinde-Tukur, has revealed that a descent and affordable home ownership is possible for every Nigerian irrespective of your level of income.
The CMB MD who made this disclosure during an exclusive interview with African Housing News, stated that CMB has various mortgage packages for every class of people who are need of a descent and affordable home.
Turkur who further disclosed that CMB has about N5billion mortgage portfolio, which about two third beneficiaries are average and low income earners, stated that they allow their cooperators up to twenty five years period to service their mortgage, and that their interest is primarily hinged on helping cooperators own homes.
