Titled, the ‘Nigeria Diaspora Realty and Investment Expo (NDRIX 2019),’ the 100% online event is aimed at showcasing real estate and other investment opportunities in Nigeria to those in Diaspora.
According to the company’s CEO, Olubayo John, “available research shows that real estate is the No.1 segment for current investment among Nigerians in diaspora”. John pointed out that Nigerians in diaspora represent a multi-billion-dollar market and stressed the need for a convenient and cost-effective channel through which Nigerians in diaspora can connect with credible players in the Nigeria real estate as well as investment sectors. He also opined that greater involvement by Nigerians in diaspora in the local real estate and investment markets can help deepen growth in these sectors.
NDRIX 2019 will be accessible to those in diaspora via internet connected devices such as computers, laptops, tablets or mobile phones. The event will consist of 5 live days in which participants can interact by video, audio as well as chat. In addition, all content will be available on demand for a further 30 days after this period.
