CEO of Africa International Housing Show AIHS, Mr. Festus Adebayo, has reiterated the benefits of participation at the 2023 AIHS.
Adebayo while speaking to newsmen in Abuja on Monday, said AIHS is established to promote development in the African housing industry by bringing leading stakeholders across various countries in Africa and beyond to exchange ideas, share the latest trends, knowledge, network and interact on ways to solve affordable housing problem in Africa.
According to Adebayo, AIHS is the largest leading Housing and Construction show in Africa recognized by international organizers, with spring of 16 years AIHS 2023 will mark the 17th edition from July 23rd – July 27th.
“AIHS is where you see leading housing CEOs, credible developers who have carved a niche for themselves, producers, manufacturers, and marketers of building materials in Africa.
“It is a one-stop platform, where you can solve all your housing and construction problems.”
Adebayo added that 2023 AIHS is open to all professionals and investors in the real estate and construction industry.
“It is the Umbrella where professionals interact without rivalry. Everyone is given equal opportunities to showcase their capacities and achievements”.
AIHS is also in partnership with leading organizations such as the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria, Family Homes Fund, NMRC, Cosgrove, Brains & Hammers, Modern Shelter, and Mortgage Banking Association of Nigeria among others.
“This year’s edition will feature over 21 countries worldwide, and 32 guest speakers drawn from various leading housing and financial sector.
Speaking on the new trend for 2023 AIHS, Adebayo noted that the 17th edition will introduce the U-40 professionals meet up, which he tagged “New Generation of Affordable Housing leaders”.
“One of the innovations we have come up with is also the theme “Beyond Rhetorics to Homes: Making Housing Happen”. There’s also a need to produce the new generation of affordable housing leaders”.
