Copen Services Limited is the result of the desire of several young, sincere, educated, and experienced professionals with over 20 years of relevant post-graduation/practical experience in public and private service to pool their resources for the benefit of humanity.
It was incorporated in January 1992, and in July 1995 it began full operations. Copen Services Limited has expanded over the past few years from its humble beginnings as a small business into a sizable real estate development and multidisciplinary organization.
Twenty people work in management and senior positions for the company right now. It also has access to the complete set of necessary equipment needed to perform any Building or Engineering construction work. This has positioned the company to undertake projects of diverse nature and complexity.
Copen purchases properties from the Enugu State Government, conceptualizes the layout design, erect the housing units in accordance with approved building plans, and put in place all necessary infrastructure, such as roads, water, electricity, and perimeter fencing, as well as some limited beautification of the surrounding area.
Integrity, on-time delivery, quality assurance, constant affordability, and stakeholder satisfaction are the focal points of Copen Group’s activities.
