This year’s conference theme is “Looking ahead: unlocking access to affordable, green and resilient housing through innovation”. While the need for massive investment in the affordable housing sector have never been higher, countries all over the world are facing difficult macroeconomics conditions, and households have a lower purchasing power, while having to deal with increased construction costs and face the impact of climate change. If we want to make a significant, and lasting impact in addressing the affordable housing gap, we therefore need to look for innovative ways to build and finance resilient, green affordable housing.
The Global Affordable Housing Conference brings together an audience of high-level officials, practitioners, successful entrepreneurs, academicians from developed countries and emerging markets and provide a unique platform to share information, learn about the latest innovation and network with peers.
During this 3-day hybrid event you will hear about cutting edge innovation and solutions that are happening and already making an impact and discuss how to best replicate them in different local context.
